Adic taps former BlackRock executive Edward Winter to steer real assets strategy

Abu Dhabi Investment Council (Adic) appointed Edward Winter (LinkedIn) as chief investment officer for real assets, Bloomberg reports. Winter will join in September and oversee Adic’s portfolio of fund investments, co-investments, and separately managed accounts across energy, hospitality, and digital infrastructure. He’ll report to Executive Director Saoud Al Mulla (LinkedIn).

About the new hire: Winter’s previous roles include positions at BlackRock, Macquarie, and Global Infrastructure Partners.
