Hassan Allam Construction Saudi will develop Neom’s container terminal

Hassan Allam lands a contract for the Port of Neom: Our friends at Hassan Allam Construction Saudi have been awarded a contract to develop Port of Neom’s Container Terminal 1 and a related marine services area. The company will work with El Seif Engineering Contracting and China Harbour Engineering, according to a statement on LinkedIn. The value of the contract was not disclosed.

What we know: The contract includes the construction of all buildings at the terminal — which is scheduled to open in 2025 — and the marine services area as well as the infrastructure and entrance zone at the terminal.

ICYMI- Hassan Allam Construction Saudi is also working on Neom’s coral reef restoration project — considered the largest in the world — under an agreement with the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology.
