African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank)has appointed Haytham El Maayergi (Linkedin)as its Executive Vice President of Global Trade Bank, succeeding Amr Kamel (LinkedIn), according to a press release. Before joining Afreximbank, Maayergi spent 25 years working in regional and multinational banking institutions, including Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Société Générale.
