General Motors Africa and Middle East (GM AMEO) appointed Chad Wellman (LinkedIn) as its new Chief Financial Officer, after serving as CFO Digital at General Motors, Construction Business News reports. GM AMEO also tapped Omar Elkhishin (Linkedin) as its new managing director of Cadillac Middle East and International, Omar Elkhishin was previously the company’s director of sales for the Middle East. Rohan Fernandes (Linkedin) will also serve as GM AMEO’s new managing director of commercial operations after serving as director of customer care and aftersales.
