Iraq + India to build on trade + economic cooperation: Iraqi Oil Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Hayan Al Sawad and India’s Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri discussed the possibility of scaling up collaboration on hydrocarbon trade and expanding their “trade basket,” according to a statement. This came during a meeting of the India-Iraqi joint commission for Economic and Technical cooperation.
