Amlak sells consumer finance portfolio to SNB

Amlak International Finance sold a SAR 133.7 mn consumer finance portfolio sale to Saudi National Bank, it said in a Tadawul disclosure. The agreement also allows Amlak to sell additional consumer finance contracts to SNB up to a total value of SAR 500 mn.

REMEMBER- Amlak has been building out its funding base, having renewed its SAR 1.1 bn shariah-compliant loan with the Saudi Investment Bank (Saib) through January 2028.

Tender for Makkah university hospital launched

The National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) is issuing an expression of interest for a 391-bed university hospital within the Umm Al-Qura University campus in Makkah, according to a press release. The healthcare assets will be delivered under a 30-year design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM) contract.

Bidaya signs SAR 335 mn portfolio sale with SRC

Bidaya Finance Company inked a SAR 335.3 mn real estate financing portfolio purchase agreement with the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC), according to a Tadawul disclosure. The funds will be targeted towards the company’s business activities.

REMEMBER- The Kingdom is trying to boost the national housing boom, preparing to issue up to SAR 150 bn (USD 40 bn) in international real estate sukuk by 2030 to support this domestic housing push, and in line with this, the SRC tapped international markets last year with a USD 2 bn issuance that was 6x oversubscribed.
