AW Rostamani Group subsidiary Arabian Automobiles Company (AAC) has broken ground on a 350k sqft parts storage and distribution center at Dubai Industrial City, according to a press release. The facility is slated for completion in 2025 and no investment ticket has been disclosed.

Details: UAE-based Amana Group is partnering with AAC for the project’s construction. The center, located on a plot spanning over 700k sqft, will add to AAC’s existing central logistics center which it already operates at DIC.

Boosting AAC’s supply chain network: The facility looks to boost AAC’s parts value chain for Nissan, Infiniti, Renault, and AWR Trading in the UAE, the statement says. Dubai Industrial City leverages a strategic location that is in close proximity to Al Maktoum international Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and an Etihad Rail freight terminal, and road networks.
