Logistics provider Premium Shipping has partnered with Mile Solutions to help scale its logistics services across major cities in Saudi Arabia, according to a press release. The collaboration aims to streamline Premium Shipping’s operations by leveraging Mile’s software solutions to automate storage, fulfillment, and delivery operations for Premium Shipping’s driver fleet.

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority and Trukker Technologies DMCC have partnered to launch a digital platform for commercial transport in the UAE, according to the Government of Dubai. The initiative aims to enhance commercial transport services for both corporate and individual clients. The partnership, whose service offering includes transporting furniture and goods, seeks to improve service standards by connecting users directly with RTA-registered providers.

Agility going electric: Kuwaiti logistics giant Agility’s ground handling subsidiary Menzies Aviation is looking to switch over 25% of its motorized ground support equipment to electric power by 2025 to reach its net-zero carbon emission targets, according to a statement.

REMEMBER- Menzies received Budapest Airport’s Green airport Partner of the Year award back in April for rolling out new electric ground support equipment and introducing chemical company Proviron’s de-icing fluid, made from plant and animal-based components.
