Armenian government greenlights EAEU freetrade agreement with Iran: Armenia’s cabinet approved the conclusion of a freetrade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Iran, NewsAM reported on Thursday. The arrangement will permit the removal of customs duties on a wide range of imports from Iran, but Armenia nonetheless intends to negotiate flexible tariff regimes on key agricultural and industrial products that are deemed vital to its economy, the outlet said.
