Qatar and Kyrgyzstan ink several customs-related agreements in Bishkek: Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov inked several agreements, including on customs legislation, QNAreports. The two leaders agreed on the “mutual administrative assistance for the optimal application of customs legislation,” as well as investigating and combating customs crimes. The visit came as part of Al Thani’s Central Asian tour, which included a visit to Uzbekistan earlier this week. The emir landed in Kazakhstanyesterday, where he will participate in the Astana International Forum as a speaker on the opening day. His tour will conclude with a visit to Tajikistan.
