While firms in other countries, including France, are bidding for the construction of the high-speed train, the Chinese company’s offer is likely to stand out due to Chinese firms’ expertise in the sector and their competitive fees, analysts reportedly said. Officials from the two countries recently met to “diversify their partnership” and boost cooperation, according to a statement on Moroccan news agency MAP.
