Russian logistics firm launches cargo delivery service to Middle East countries: Russian logistics operator Delovye Linii has launched a cargo delivery service to deliver packages via sea, air and land from Iran, the UAE and Qatar to Russia, Tassreports.
The details: Cargo delivered by sea from Bandar Abbas in Iran will reach Astrakhan, Russia in around a week, while shipments from the UAE to Novorossiysk in Russia will arrive in nearly two weeks. Motor transport deliveries from Tehran, Iran will also reach Makhachkala, Russia in two weeks.
Background: The company has been expanding its air delivery services towards China, Southeast Asia and the Middle East amid rising geopolitical tensions with Western nations, Tass reports.
