Abdullah Al-Salhi has stepped down as managing director of Tabuk Agricultural Development, returning to the board as an independent member, according to a Tadawul disclosure. Al-Salhi, who had held the MD role since November 2025, said he could not dedicate enough time to the position in the coming period. The company said the move will also help cut the cost of overlapping executive roles now that a new CEO is in place.
BACKGROUND- Al-Salhi had briefly doubled as CEO on top of the MD role at the start of the year. That ended in June, when Khalid Al-Amoudi took over as CEO.
