Dallah Healthcare taps Muteab Altukeas as acting CEO

New acting CEO: Dallah Healthcare has appointed Muteab bin Abdullah Altukeas as acting CEO and a member of its Investment and Financing Committee, according to a Tadawul announcement. Altukeas will succeed Ahmed bin Saleh Babaeer, who will step down on 1 September due to personal reasons.

Altukeas served as Dallah Healthcare’s chief strategy officer since 2022 and was general manager of strategy and PMO from 2017 to 2022. He brings over 15 years of experience in strategy, project management, and M&A, and holds a master’s degree in project management from Heriot-Watt University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from King Saud University.
