The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (Zatca) received three international awards at the ContactCenterWorld conference held recently in Berlin, it said in a statement last week. The authority received gold for Best Outbound Campaign and Best Help Desk in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), as well as silver for Best Government Contact Center in Customer Service.
