Quick commerce outfit Nana has fully acquired digital gift cards provider Rasseed for an undisclosed sum, the homegrown delivery app said in a press release. The move plays into Nana’s push to digitize grocery shopping and expand its services.

The acquisition will see Rasseed’s digital cards added to Nana’s app, allowing users to buy and recharge virtual gift cards from Rasseed through the app. The agreement also includes expanding Rasseed’s offerings to include price markdown coupons and vouchers.
