Al Modawat reappoints Abdullah Al Yahya as chairman

The board of Nomu-listed Al Modawat Specialized Medical has reappointed Abdullah Al Yahya as its chairman, it said in a disclosure to Tadawul. It also reappointed Abdulaziz Al Yahya as CEO and managing director, according to the disclosure. The new board’s term runs for three years ending in June 2027.
