President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan appointed Ahmed Al Neyadi<\/strong> as the director-general <\/strong>of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, and Zakat<\/strong>, with the rank of undersecretary, Wam<\/a> reports. Al Neyadi previously served as executive director of the support services sector at the authority. <\/p>\n

The President also appointed Waleed Saeed Abdul Salam Al Awadhi <\/strong>as CEO of the<\/strong> Securities and Commodities Authority<\/strong>, with the rank of undersecretary, Wam<\/a> reports. Al Awadhi boasts over 22 years of expertise in financial services, regulatory frameworks, and banking operations.
