Despite challenges like high interest rates, declining oil prices, and geopolitical tensions, the region secured its second-highest IPO proceeds in five years, ranking fourth worldwide in total IPO proceeds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The UAE led the GCC in IPO proceeds<\/strong>, raising USD 6.2 bn from seven listings in 2024.
