These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Misnaad Mall<\/strong> in Madinat Al Riyadh, which offers 1k sqm of leasable retail space;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pro Shops 2<\/strong> in Al Ain spans 2.5k sqm, offering shopping and dining options;<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>USD 26.4 mn Shining Star International School<\/strong> in Al Wathba, designed to accommodate 4k students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">CARBON-NEGATIVE CEMENT PROJECT- <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Sustainability efforts with Partanna:<\/strong> ADIO also partnered with Bahamian climate-tech firm Partanna to open a regional HQ and manufacturing plant in Abu Dhabi, according to a separate <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zawya.com\/en\/press-release\/companies-news\/abu-dhabi-investment-office-partners-with-climate-tech-leader-partanna-to-decarbonise-the-concrete-industry-ns45cehj\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>. The facility will use desalination by-product brine to create carbon-negative cement, offsetting nearly 8 mn tonnes of carbon dioxide annually.
