Education provider Taaleem Holdings fully acquired Dubai-based Lyc\u00e9e <\/strong>Libanais <\/strong>Francophone Priv\u00e9 Meydan<\/strong> (LLFP Meydan) for an undisclosed sum, according to a disclosure (pdf)<\/a>. The school will continue to operate under its current board and leadership, according to a press release<\/a>. The acquisition is set to be reflected in Taaleem's 2024\/2025 financial results. <\/p>\n

This acquisition adds a French-curriculum school to Taaleem\u2019s portfolio, <\/strong>which already includes UK, IB, and American curriculum schools. The addition allows Taleem to \u201cmeet the needs of families from across the world who now call the UAE home, including an ever-expanding French and Francophone community,\u201d Rebecca Gray, Chief Education Officer at Taaleem, said. <\/p>\n

About LLFP Meydan:<\/strong> Located in Dubai\u2019s Meydan district, the school\u2019s campus spans 35.7k sq-m, with a capacity of 1.9k students. The school currently enrolls 1.3k students from 26 nationalities. <\/p>\n
