German lender ING Wholesale Banking (ING)<\/a><\/strong> appointed Jonathan Keyes (<\/strong>LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong>)<\/strong> as its director <\/strong>of sustainable finance<\/strong> for the Mena region, based in Dubai, according to a Linkedin post<\/a> from Keyes. He brings over six years of experience in the banking sector, previously serving as HSBC\u2019s sustainable finance senior manager in Dubai, and has worked in consulting and sustainable development in the past.<\/p>\n

The Community Development Ministry<\/strong> named Aisha Ahmed Yousuf<\/strong> as an undersecretary<\/strong>, following a federal decree issued by President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Wam<\/a> reports. Yousuf brings experience across multiple governmental sectors, including her stint as director of the National Youth Agenda.<\/p>\n

Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer Rotana <\/strong>promoted Timur Ilgaz <\/strong>(LinkedIn<\/a>) to area <\/strong>general manager of Dubai and Northern Emirates<\/strong>, according to a press release<\/a>. In his new role, Ilgaz will oversee all of Rotana\u2019s entire property operations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates while continuing to manage the operations of Arjaan Dubai Media City, Centro Barsha, and Damac Hills 2 Hotel under his current role as cluster general manager.
