JPMorgan Chase's senior executive in the Middle East, Asif Raza (<\/strong>LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong>), has <\/strong>retired after 28 years with the firm<\/strong>, Bloomberg<\/a> reports, citing a spokesperson. Raza joined Chase Manhattan Bank in New York in 1996, working roles in London and Singapore before relocating to Dubai in 2008 to lead the lender\u2019s treasury and securities services for the MENA region. He was named head of JPMorgan's corporate bank in the Mena in 2014, with his responsibilities expanding in 2019 to lead the corporate banking division for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. <\/p>\n

Raza\u2019s mark includes <\/strong>expanding JPMorgan's presence in Saudi Arabia and opening offices in Abu Dhabi and Doha.<\/p>\n

The Arab Federation for Digital Economy<\/strong> appointed Abdullah Ibrahim Al Darmaki<\/strong> as deputy secretary-general<\/strong>, tasked with overseeing and managing the implementation of the \u201cArab Vision\u201d projects in Arab countries, Wam<\/a> reports. Al Darmaki is an academic researcher in institutional excellence with expertise in management and government development systems.
