Al Rafi enters the role with over 25 years of experience in banking and investment, previously holding senior positions at Goldman Sachs and First Gulf Bank. Prior to his appointment, Al Rafi served as Invest Bank\u2019s vice chairman. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Sharjah Ruler Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi promoted <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Abdullah Ibrahim Al <\/strong><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Zaabi<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> to <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">head of Sharjah\u2019s Department of Human Resources,<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/wam.ae\/en\/article\/b4c8hcl-sharjah-ruler-appoints-new-head-sharjah-department\" rel=\"noopener\">Wam<\/a><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> reports. The Sharjah Ruler also enlisted Al Zaabi as a member of the Sharjah Executive Council.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>ALSO- <\/strong>The Sharjah Ruler reassigned<strong> Omar Khalfan bin Huraimel Al Shamsi <\/strong>to <strong>head <\/strong>the emirate\u2019s <strong>department of municipal affairs<\/strong>, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/wam.ae\/en\/article\/b4c8h9s-sharjah-ruler-appoints-new-head-sharjah-municipal\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Wam<\/a> reports separately.
