Majarra acquires Lableb:<\/strong> UAE-based Arabic digital content provider Majarra<\/a> acquired Lableb<\/a>, a local Arabic AI and natural language processing (NLP) startup, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release<\/a>. The two companies share founders and shareholders. <\/p>\n

The move marks Majarra\u2019s entry into the AI sector: <\/strong>\u201cThrough Lableb, we see immense potential in bringing real-life applications to Large Language Models (LLMs), some of which have emerged from our region,\u201d said Majarra's executive chairman Abdulsalam Haykal and CEO Ammar Haykal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lableb will maintain its operational independence<\/strong> under the transaction, focusing on Arabic language processing challenges.<\/p>\n
