The facility, similar in size to a 2015 loan refinanced in 2018, funded the acquisitions of Renaissance Harbour View, Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>REMEMBER-<\/strong> Hong Kong\u2019s New World Development and Adia have been in talks since <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/0264addb-0ed9-4d3e-bdd6-3452dc45784a\/response-plus-medical-acquires-uk-based-prometheus-medical-%2B-japan-kyoto-trade-exhibition-begins-today\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">January<\/a> to refinance the original loan. Adia bought a 50% stake in the three Hong Kong hotels in 2015 from New World Development, via a joint venture it formed with two New World subsidiaries for further acquisitions of Hong Kong hotels. <\/p>\n<p style=\"border-right-style:solid;border-top-width:0pt;border-left-style:solid;orphans:2;text-align:left;padding:0;margin:0;border-right-width:0pt;line-height:1.15;border-left-width:0pt;border-top-style:solid;border-bottom-width:0pt;border-bottom-style:solid;widows:2\"><strong>Details remain undisclosed: <\/strong>Both parties did not reveal the new maturity date of the refinanced loan. Originally set to mature this month, the loan should last between three to five years, New World told Mingtiandi.
