#1- Flyby + Terra partner on last-mile delivery:<\/strong> The UAE\u2019s Terra<\/a> will provide UAE-based smart city technology company Flyby<\/a> with e-bikes powered by the Middle East\u2019s first swappable battery network in a bid to reduce emissions, according to a press release<\/a>. Flyby will provide cloud-enabled smart delivery boxes. Drivers will be able to use Terra\u2019s stations to quickly swap their e-bike batteries instead of charging them, according to a statement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

#2-<\/strong>Logistics company Aramex also launched a fleet of e-bikes for last-mile <\/strong>deliveries<\/strong>, Trade Arabia<\/a> reports. Aramex aims to make 98% of its fleet EVs by 2030, after incorporating fully electric vans into its last-mile delivery fleet in UAE last October<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sunreef Yachts sets up shop in RAK: <\/strong>Luxury sailing and power multihulls manufacturer Sunreef Yachts<\/a> inaugurated its global manufacturing facility for solar-powered yachts in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Maritime Ports City<\/a>, according to a company statement<\/a>. Sunreef inked an agreement with the port back in March 2023<\/a> to expand its presence in the Middle East and grid to Asian and Australian markets, reports Al Khaleej<\/a>.
