Nearly 400 attendees had 10 seconds to respond to each of 10 questions. Below is a roundup of the key takeaways from the poll. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>A majority of respondents (51%) see Dubai real estate prices ending the year higher<\/strong>, after they notched a record increase last year on the back of an <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/c7859e91-1b27-4af2-9988-e59791032e2c\/Could%20we%20see%20Dubai%20real%20estate%20prices%20cool%20down%20in%202024\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">influx of foreign wealth<\/a> and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/93f934ee-0231-47f6-aba4-f34a0cf0f7d6\/more-growth-incoming\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">strong population growth<\/a>.
