Alpha Dhabi Holding and Monterock JV <\/strong>Addmind<\/a><\/strong> and Abu Dhabi-based Admo Lifestyle <\/strong>Holding are <\/strong>launching a new global lifestyle vertical<\/strong>, pending regulatory approval, according to a press release<\/a>. The JV, Alpha-Mind, will own and manage a portfolio of lifestyle, entertainment, and F&B brands, including Clap, Ongaku, Babylon, Sucre, Alma Bar, Bar Du Port, and Iris.<\/p>\n

The split: <\/strong>Admo will hold the majority 51% stake in the JV, while Addmind will hold the remaining balance, while taking responsibility for managing the operations of all Alpha-Mind brands. <\/p>\n

The JV plans to drive the growth of the companies\u2019 brands and geographic footprints<\/strong>, as well as acquire new brands from within and beyond the region, the statement said, without disclosing a specific plan or timeline for acquisitions.<\/p>\n

About ADMO: <\/strong>Admo was launched in 2022 by the Abu Dhabi investment company Alpha Dhabi<\/a>Holding<\/a> and multinational private equity firm Monterock International<\/a>. In October, the JV acquired<\/a> luxury lifestyle group Ce La Vi<\/a> and purchased a stake<\/a> in the Lebanese fine dining brand Em Sherif<\/a>. The company\u2019s development pipeline includes projects in London, Cannes, Miami, and Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n
