The latest facility brings the developer\u2019s total liquidity to AED 38.2 bn, including a massive cashpile of AED 13.9 bn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0;line-height: 1.15;text-align: left\"><strong>IN CONTEXT-<\/strong> While parts of the real estate credit stack <a href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseam.com\/uae\/2026\/03\/26\/is-dubai-real-estate-credit-cracking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tipped into distress<\/a> last month, Aldar remained largely insulated, likely due to its solid liquidity and outlook.
