The package covers 735 luxury villas and marks the single biggest residential construction mandate signed in the emirate this year. The two projects will sit atop what Modon says are the world\u2019s largest man-made residential hills, rising 45-55 meters above sea level. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\">\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">EGA <strong>pours <\/strong>USD 170 mn into Germany\u2019s green aluminum push<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Emirates <\/strong><strong>Global Aluminium (EGA) will boost capacity at its H<\/strong><strong>annover EGA Leichtmetall plant in Germany by more than six-fold<\/strong>, investing USD 170 mn to add 110k tonnes of scrap sorting and 153k tonnes of melting and casting capacity, with first hot metal from the expanded facility expected in 2028, according to a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/media.ega.ae\/ega-to-expand-german-aluminium-recycling-capacity-more-than-six-fold-with-industry-leading-capabilities\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Background:<\/strong> As <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/15587094-17ae-4918-bb47-fcd38ca070b5\/%253cmark%253eega%253c%2Fmark%253e-looks-abroad-for-bauxite-and-capital\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">we\u2019ve recently reportedly<\/a>, EGA is actively expanding abroad, with a US smelter planned in Oklahoma and ongoing talks with Guinean authorities to secure bauxite from Nimba Mining after its Guinea Alumina Corporation license was revoked. The Oklahoma project could double US aluminum production and will be powered by competitive long-term agreements, EGA says.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\">\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">Depa\u2019s rights issue finds its backstop<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Nasdaq Dubai-listed Depa placed the unexercised portion of its recent rights <\/strong><strong>issue with<\/strong><strong> three investors <\/strong>\u2014 PC 2405-2 Fund (managed by Pinnacle Capital), Al Futtaim Capital, and Saudi Arabia\u2019s Public Investment Fund, according to a Nasdaq Dubai <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nasdaqdubai.com\/trading\/disclosures\/5679d3f2-f52d-4154-911c-ba30b1ac27fc\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">disclosure<\/a>.
