The resort, located 25 minutes by speedboat from the capital Mal\u00e9, is slated to open by end-2028, and marks the Trump brand\u2019s entry to Maldives.<\/p>\n SOUND SMART- <\/strong>Tokenization typically allows real assets to be divided into digital shares using blockchain technology, enabling investors to purchase fractional exposure via tokens.
