Samana claims to hold around a 4% share of Dubai\u2019s property market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The developer plans to issue a sukuk worth around USD 300\u202fmn by the end of 1Q 2026<\/strong>, CEO Imran Farooq told <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-11-10\/dubai-s-samana-plans-sukuk-ipo-as-property-boom-spurs-deals\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a> in an interview. Emirates NBD, Dubai Islamic Bank, and Standard Chartered are advising on the transaction, Farooq said, adding that a fourth bank might be added. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Samana would be joining other players that tapped the market this year<\/strong> including <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/1fa0be06-365c-49bc-a3ee-cf625134f49e\/%253cmark%253esobha%253c%2Fmark%253e-realty-raises-usd-750-mn-debut-green-sukuk\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Sobha Realty<\/a> which closed the largest green sukuk issuance by a real estate company globally, raising USD 750 mn in September, and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/11a7d722-439b-4bcd-8426-89917356a86e\/%253cmark%253earada%253c%2Fmark%253e-wraps-up-usd-450-mn-sukuk-issuance\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Sharjah-based real estate developer Arada<\/a>, which issued a USD 450 mn sukuk in July.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Proceeds will be used to acquire prime and waterfront land<\/strong>, supporting Samana\u2019s expansion of its ultra-luxury residential portfolio, Farooq said. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Samana is on track to close 2025 with AED 7.1\u202fbn (USD 1.9\u202fbn) in sales<\/strong>, up from AED 5.1\u202fbn in 2024, driven by European buyers and investors from Egypt, Lebanon, and Turkey, Farooq said.
