The transaction value was not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">REMEMBER- <\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">PureHealth signed a definitive agreement <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/9e525f5d-857d-47da-bf80-1b443482fba3\/purehealth-acquires-a-usd-2.3-bn-majority-stake-in-leading-greek-cypriot-hospital-provider\" rel=\"noopener\">in January<\/a><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> to acquire the stake in the largest hospital operator in Greece and Cyprus \u2014 then valued at USD 2.3 bn \u2014 from CVC Capital Partners VI and HHG founder Dimitrios Spyridis. Following the transaction, CVC retains a 35% share and Spyridis holds 5%, leaving PureHealth with a controlling interest in HHG through a wholly owned subsidiary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Financial impact soon to show: <\/strong>HHG\u2019s financials have been consolidated into PureHealth\u2019s accounts starting 1 October 2025. The takeover falls within PureHealth\u2019s goal to diversify revenues streams and have over half of its revenues coming from outside the GCC, Group CEO at PureHealth Shaista Asif previously said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The move extends PureHealth\u2019s global healthcare M&amp;A spree: <\/strong>The acquisition adds to the group\u2019s <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/38dd5040-1131-419e-927e-c99cabad5ab4\/two-big-healthcare-m&amp;a-to-start-your-week\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">USD 1.2 bn purchase<\/a> of the UK\u2019s Circle Health Group, and its acquisition of a USD 1.8 bn stake in US-based Ardent Health Services.
