The project includes converting two LNG carriers into floating storage units and building two new FLNG barges at Drydocks\u2019 Dubai yard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">The details: <\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Scheduled to begin operations in 2H 2028, the four-vessel facility off Mexico\u2019s west coast will have a capacity of more than 4.2 mn tons of liquefaction capacity a year, making it the largest FLNG development worldwide. It will help enable direct LNG exports from Mexico to meet growing demand in Asia and Latin America.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">MANUFACTURING- <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Steelmaker Emsteel delivered its first shipment of hydrogen-based reinforcing <\/strong><strong>steel (rebar) to Aldar Properties<\/strong> \u2014 marking the region\u2019s first use of low-emission steel in construction, state news agency <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wam.ae\/en\/article\/15qjp0n-emsteel-delivers-first-hydrogen-based-rebar-aldar\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Wam<\/a> reports. Aldar will use the rebar to build Abu Dhabi\u2019s first net-zero carbon mosque in Yas Island\u2019s Sustainable City.
