Baker Tilly names UAE CEO: <\/strong>Global accounting and advisory network Baker Tilly International appointed Saad Maniar (LinkedIn<\/a>) as CEO and managing partner of its newly launched UAE member firm, headquartered in Dubai International Financial Center, according to a statement<\/a>.
