Masood is the firm\u2019s CFO, and his previous roles include CFO of Septech Holdings and positions at Cupola Group, and Adnoc Distribution. Shah is currently Dubai Investments\u2019 finance director, and he previously held leadership positions at KPMG Lower Gulf. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Hany <\/strong><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Mahmoud Farag <\/strong><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">submitted his resignation as CEO of the National Corporation for <\/strong><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Tourism and Hotels (NCTH)<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">, effective today, according to a <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ent.news\/2025\/6\/1605.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">bourse disclosure (pdf)<\/a><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">. The move comes as Farag retires.
