AI-<\/strong>powered<\/strong> real estate platform Prop-AI obtained USD 1.5 mn in pre-seed funding<\/strong>, according to a press release (pdf)<\/a>. The new capital will be used to develop its regional property data integration, technology development, and partnerships with real estate developers and financial institutions across MENA. The startup plans to add Abu Dhabi and Riyadh to its platform in 2H 2025, they said in an emailed response to questions.<\/p>\n

Who was involved? <\/strong>The round was led by Plus VC<\/a>, with participation from Joa Capital<\/a>, Select Ventures<\/a>, Oraseya Capital<\/a>, and Plug & Play<\/a>, along with angel investors and family offices from Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. In April 2025, Prop-AI became the first PropTech company to receive the AI Seal of Excellence from the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n
