The first phase is scheduled for operations by December 2026. The plan includes the integration of high-density AI-racks and a power usage effectiveness 1.32 PUE rate at the site. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>REMEMBER-<\/strong> The company revealed plans back in December to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">invest approximately USD 3 bn<\/a> in establishing data centers across Southeast Asia through its subsidiary Edgnex over the next three to five years, primarily targeting Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
