The REIT hit an intraday high of AED 1.31 per unit \u2014 19.1% higher than its debut price of AED 1.10 apiece.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">The<\/strong><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> AED 2.1 bn IPO is the first in Dubai this year<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">, and the second in the UAE overall, following <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/71cf22ef-c051-4258-a690-ed59fa678739\/alpha-data%25e2%2580%2599s-share-price-rallied-on-its-first-day-of-trading\" rel=\"noopener\">Alpha Data\u2019s ADX debut<\/a><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> in March. It is also the GCC\u2019s first pure-play residential leasing fund to hit the market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>REFRESHER-<\/strong> State-owned conglomerate Dubai Holding floated a 15% stake in the REIT, good for 1.95 bn secondary units at AED 1.10 apiece, the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/fa1bcba8-80bf-4974-a750-2eaa58975bef\/%253cmark%253edubai%253c%2Fmark%253e-holding-raises-aed-2.1-bn-from%253cmark%253e-residential%253c%2Fmark%253e-reit-ipo\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">top of the range<\/a> it was guiding on. USD 15 bn). <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The positive first-day performance comes following <\/strong><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/354a9d5d-947b-46e9-be2f-0ab1e9c7f988\/gcc-ipo-pipeline-looks-strong-for-2025,-with-the-uae-and-saudi-arabia-leading-the-charge--efg-hermes\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">several lackluster debuts<\/a><\/strong><strong> last year, <\/strong>namely from Talabat, Lulu Retail and Alef Education, despite IPOs being consistently oversubscribed, with pricing at the high end of the range due to high demand. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>ADVISORS-<\/strong> Emirates NBD Capital, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup acted as joint global coordinators, with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Arqaam Capital and First Abu Dhabi Bank acting as joint bookrunners on the transaction. Deloitte &amp; Touche is auditor, while Ibrahim &amp; Partners is legal counsel. Receiving agents include Emirates NBD Bank, Mashreq Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Emirates Islamic Bank, among others.<\/p>\n<p
