The company reported a 7.2% rise in revenues y-o-y to AED 1.3 bn, and said that it focused on cost efficiencies during the quarter, as well as improving its product mix, while contributions from recent acquisitions buoyed the performance, according to its <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ent.news\/2025\/4\/1706.pdf\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">earnings release (pdf)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Looking ahead<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">, M&amp;A will continue to be a priority for Ghitha, the company said. ADX-listed agro-food outfit Invictus Investment \u2014 a unit of Ghitha \u2014 <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/d8b61bd9-d8e1-4260-a425-969030be3039\/adx-listed-invictus-acquires-mozambique%25e2%2580%2599s-merec-industries\" rel=\"noopener\">acquired Mozambique\u2019s largest milling company Merec Industries \u2019parent company Stratton Africa Holding<\/a><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> earlier this year, while subsidiary Zee Stores International acquired a <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/a4b0b5ea-35fd-4ead-adf4-5280ce0fe1a5\/core42-begins-deploying-nvidia-tech\" rel=\"noopener\">70% stake<\/a><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> in Fujairah\u2019s International Food Industries for AED 41 mn in October, along with several other acquisitions.
