This would make it the first tech firm to list on the ADX, and the first firm to dually list on the ADX and Nasdaq.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Why the ADX? <\/strong>The company cited the region\u2019s commitment to sustainable finance \u2014 with some USD 135 bn in publicly committed funds \u2014 as one of the main reasons for choosing a regional listing. company also entered into a strategic partnership with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Sultan Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan following the signing of two MoUs, which will see Al Nahyan\u2019s special-purpose vehicle Nomas Global Investments inject USD 250 mn in new capital in Diginex to fund acquisitions of firms focusing on AI, sustainability, and supply chains, and its regional and global expansion efforts. <\/p>\n<p
