No timeline has been announced for the project development. DHG Properties launched its debut project in Dubai \u2014 the AED 200 mn Helvetia Residences<\/a> in Jumeirah Village Circle \u2014 last year.<\/p>\n \n #3-<\/strong> Dubai-based <\/strong>developer <\/strong>Andalusia Group<\/a><\/strong> secured a land plot in Dubai\u2019s Majan for a<\/strong>n upcoming AED 175 mn residential project<\/strong>, according to local media reports (here<\/a> and here<\/a>).
