engineering company Petronash Global<\/strong>, following the signing of a binding MoU that values Petronash at USD 175 mn. <\/p>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\"> WATCH THIS SPACE-<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"> <a id=\"wwtt1\"><\/a><strong> #1- Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala could soon take full ownership of Turkish startu<\/strong><strong>p Getir<\/strong>, after it applied for sole ownership of the grocery and food delivery businesses with Turkish antitrust regulators, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2024-09-06\/mubadala-set-to-take-full-control-of-turkish-delivery-app-getir\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a> reported, citing a statement. One segment, specializing in food delivery in Turkey, was set to be primarily owned and controlled by Mubadala, with Batuhan Gultakan at the helm.
