Until that happens, the occupier market is expected to remain robust through 2H 2024, the report said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\"> THE RESIDENTIAL MARKET- <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Average residential prices in Dubai jumped 21.3% y-o-y in 1H 2024, <\/strong>with apartment prices increasing by 20.7% y-o-y, and villa prices increasing by 24.3% y-o-y.
