href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2024-02-15\/minister-backs-altman-s-idea-to-turn-uae-into-ai-testing-ground?srnd=premium-middle-east\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a>, stressing that it is \u201can opportunity I personally want to see happen, it is something we are going to push for.\u201d Al Olama echoed OpenAI CEO Sam Altman\u2019s comments from earlier this week at the World Government Summit that the Emirates could act as a \u201c <a target=\"_blank\" The UAE is keeping the door open for partnerships with China:<\/strong> While recognizing that the UAE\u2019 relationship with the US as a \u201cvery strong partner\u201d is foundational to the Emirates\u2019 tech infrastructure and will not change, the minister stated that the UAE could potentially strike partnerships with Chinese companies. \u201cI don\u2019t think you can say you need one
