We suspect that Iran\u2019s Revolutionary Guards <a href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseam.com\/uae\/2026\/03\/10\/this-morning-more-force-majeure-declared-g7-iea-eye-emergency-oil-taps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recently saying<\/a> it wouldn\u2019t allow \u201cone liter of oil\u201d to leave the region should US-Israeli strikes continue and Brent briefly hitting USD 120 bbl had something to do with the change of heart.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0;line-height: 1.15;text-align: left\"><strong>How much difference will <\/strong><strong>400 mn make<\/strong><strong>? <\/strong>To put it into perspective, pre-war, around 20 mn barrels passed through the Strait of Hormuz everyday, representing around 25% of maritime oil trade.
