analysts have been forecasting a slowdown for a while now<\/strong>, and the official data says it\u2019s beginning to take shape. 3Q 2025 saw the first decline in prices on a q-o-q basis since at least before 2024, though commercial property prices are still on the up amid tight supply. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Also: <\/strong>The<strong> Federal Tax Authority <\/strong>has added scrap metals to its growing VAT reverse charge mechanism list, while <strong>yachts will soon be more easily able to move between Dubai href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/cfb3f47d-3364-478a-9283-ae8cbbc91d89\/this-morning:-dfm-rises-to-10-year-high-%2B-dubai-to-introduce-real-estate-tokenization\" style=\"\" UAE\u2019s first ruling squarely addressing AI misuse in judicial filings against lawyers who filed documents containing fabricated legal citations, according to statements <a target=\"_blank\"
