Donald Trump just told the <\/strong>Financial Times<\/a><\/strong> in an exclusive sitdown that his \u201cpreference <\/strong>would be to take the oil\u201d in Iran.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Verbatim: \u201cTo be honest with you, my favorite thing is to take the oil in Iran<\/strong>, but some stupid people back in the US say, \u2018Why are you doing that?\u2019 But they\u2019re stupid people. Trump has ordered more than 10k troops to the Gulf. <\/strong>Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey are running shuttle diplomacy<\/strong>, the world is running out of fertilizers<\/strong>, oil<\/strong> has hovered at around USD 115 \/ bbl the last few hours, quiet layoffs<\/strong> are hitting the UAE, and Egypt will require most businesses to work from home<\/strong> on Sundays starting next week.<\/p>\n
