India<\/strong>-based home services platform Urban Company has wound down its Saudi Arabia step-down subsidiary<\/strong> after the Kingdom\u2019s Commerce Ministry canceled its commercial registration, according to a stock exchange filing (pdf<\/a>). The company said<\/a> the dissolution process was voluntary and was first disclosed in November 2025.<\/p>\n

Urban Company will continue its presence in KSA through its joint venture with Saudi Manpower Solutions Company, running the Yammak platform<\/strong>.
